"Feet never touch the ground" - Sugar Ray
Found another "Number 3 Shot" while wandering around the city's most important pagoda the other day.
I'm also happy with the second picture.
Sometimes I get so caught up into the day to day life of work and responsibilities that are connected to the keys on my keychain, that I forget that I'm but a fifteen-minute walk from a scene like the one below. I'm not Buddhist, but when I join the others in lighting incense and candles in honor of my ancestors, family, and friends near and far, I am strangely comforted by this place, this country, this amazing spot on the planet.
"It's hard to stay mad when there's so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing it all at once and it's too much. My heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst, and then I remember to relax and stop trying to hold on to it and it flows through me like rain and I can feel nothing but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid, little life." -Lester Burnham from American Beauty

I have to say that your blog helps me to remember that there are more important things in the world than all the keys on our keychains.
