Ja, which means "tiger" in this Asian country, sits on her windowsill in all her feline glory. She tries to kill mosquitos, and worms that crawl out of the houseplants, and ants, and gekkos that scamper across the ceilings and walls. Her purr is as loud as the generator next door, and she holds her own against Rumi when they tumble across the floor in play-fight. She's still small enough to hold in my one hand, and light as a feather. But don't let her small size fool ya. She's a feisty feline, and cute as a button.
What sweet kitties!

Hi, Shamash! Thanks for linking to me. What a cute little kitty! I have a 7 month old cat that I rescued from the highway when he was about 4 weeks old. We love him, even when he's evil. :)

I love seeing the photos of the kitties. Saki was only 1 1/2 pounds when I found him under the truck in the driveway. I was on my way to the Trading Post for dinner with Mom, and I said that I would bring him some salmon if was still there when I came back. He was, and we've been enchanted with each other ever since.
