England Click to enlarge this funky photograph, which was accepted into the collection of The Mirror Project. In my first posting of this New Year, I thought I'd share a few of my experiments on reflective surfaces. Though a few of my photographer friends who are purists beg to disagree, digital photography and the zoom lense and are, IMHO, the best inventions since sliced bread.
"Darth Vader Helmet Reflection" by shamash, Devon,
Long before The Mirror Project (a great source of inspiration- check out the link!) I was building a mirror collection. I have since moved on to digital video, but my new Panasonic NV- GS300 camcorder (thanks, 'shell and rock for the recommendation: I love it!) allows me to take 3.1 mega-pixel still pics as well as snapshots of video frames, so the whole world is my oyster, ladies and gentlemen!
All of these shots were taken on my handy-dandy Sony Cyber-shot MPEGMovie VX Smart Zoom DSC-P73, my favorite camera for its dependability and small, portable size.
